Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost and when do I get it?
Every product has a published price and deadline: legal texts from €390, regulatory report from €650, incorporation from €290. The proposal you receive within 24 hours states the fixed price for your case.
Why not use a legal text generator?
A generator fills a template with your name. We read your product: what data you process, who you sell to, in which countries, which payment gateway you use. What the Spanish data protection authority fines is almost always in that difference.
Do you work with companies outside Valencia?
Yes. Most of our clients are in Madrid, Barcelona and outside Spain. We work by video call and email, in Spanish, English and French.
What does monthly maintenance include?
Quarterly review of your texts, alerts when a rule that affects you changes, updates when your product changes and handling of your users’ rights requests. From €90 per month.
What if my model turns out not to be viable?
We tell you in the report, with the alternatives: what to change in the model, which licence to apply for or which regulated partner you need. That is the point of doing the report before investing.
